At South Ole Sails we have a diverse range of boats and watercraft available for rental, capable of hosting anywhere between 1-50 guests at a time.
Our fleet includes the Beneteau Oceania Clipper 411, Catamaran Lagoon 38, Sessa Oyster 34, as well as options for a Party Boat, Speed Boat, and Jet Ski rentals. Each vessel offers a unique experience to cater to your preferences, whether it’s for leisure, adventure, or special occasions.
2. Do I Need a Boating License to Rent a Boat or Jet Ski?
Typically, our boats are rented with a skipper on board, meaning no boating license is required for you to enjoy the experience. This ensures you can relax and explore the waters hassle-free under the guidance of a skilled professional.
Additionally, we offer a sailing school where you can train to achieve your boating license if you’re interested.
For jet ski rentals, no license is required, allowing you easy and accessible fun on the water.
3. What are the Age Requirements for Boat Rentals?
To rent a boat, you must be at least 18 years old. However, for those under 18, participation is still possible when accompanied by an adult or with legal guardian permission.
For jet ski rentals, individuals need to be 18 years or older, however those aged 16+ can participate without a license as long as they have a guardian’s permission.
